3.1 Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your driver profile, including your CDL status, experience, and contact details
• Use the service for your own job search purposes only

3.2 Profile Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including misrepresenting your CDL classification, experience, or work authorization — may result in refusal of service, cancellation of your purchase without refund, and termination of access to our platform.

Your driver profile is associated with the contact information you provide (name, phone number, and email address) and any account or session identifiers we use to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is current so carriers can reach you.

3.3 No Employment Relationship

GetTruckJob is an application distribution and matching service. We are not your employer, recruiter of record, or agent. Any employment relationship, lease agreement, or contract is solely between you and the carrier you choose to work with.

We do not participate in hiring decisions, negotiate terms on your behalf, or guarantee employment outcomes.

4.1 Application Matching and Delivery

Our paid service unlocks AI-assisted carrier matching and automated delivery of your driver application to carriers in our network that fit your profile and area. When you purchase access, the service generally includes:

• Automated analysis and matching of your profile to carriers hiring near your ZIP code
• Automated delivery of your application to matched carriers on your behalf

Matching, filtering, and sending are performed by automated systems, including artificial intelligence. The number of carriers matched and contacted may vary based on your location, profile, carrier availability, and the plan or options you select. Illustrative marketing on our site does not guarantee any specific result.

4.2 Fees and Billing

Access to paid features requires payment. Available plans, fees, billing frequency, and other purchase terms are presented to you before you complete a transaction and may change from time to time.

When you confirm a purchase, you agree to the fees and billing terms displayed at that time. If your plan includes automatic renewal, you authorize recurring charges on the billing schedule shown at signup until you cancel according to those terms.

4.3 Service Availability

Availability of our services may vary by location and over time. We may offer early access, waitlists, phased rollouts, or other availability programs at our discretion.

Saving a profile, joining a waitlist, or receiving availability notifications does not by itself constitute a completed purchase unless and until you complete checkout or otherwise confirm a transaction according to the terms presented to you.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our designated third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to our Terms and the payment processor's terms and conditions.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and should be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. Refunds may be refused if we see evidence of fraud, manipulation, abusive behavior, or materially inaccurate information in your driver profile.

Because the service is delivered digitally, once application delivery to matched carriers begins, delivery is considered complete and the statutory right to cancel expires. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital service is provided upon delivery and that your right to cancel ends once your application delivery has been processed.

To submit a refund request, please contact us using the information in Section 14.

5.1 Service Content

All content on GetTruckJob.com — including but not limited to our matching methodology, automated systems, artificial intelligence models, carrier network data, geographic indexes, website design, copy, and branding — remains our exclusive property. You receive only a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal job search.

5.2 Your Information

You retain ownership of the personal and professional information you submit in your driver profile. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and share your profile information with matched carriers for the purpose of delivering your application and facilitating carrier outreach to you.

5.3 No Ownership of Outcomes

You do not acquire any ownership rights to carrier lists, matching results, or carrier contact information obtained through our service. This information is provided solely to facilitate your job search through our paid services.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent driver profile information
• Misrepresent your CDL status, experience, equipment qualifications, or work authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our matching systems, carrier data, or network information
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access our service beyond normal personal use
• Submit multiple profiles or purchases using different identities to manipulate matching results
• Share, sell, or transfer access to our service or carrier contact information to third parties
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm carriers, other users, or our staff
• Misrepresent GetTruckJob as your employer or as guaranteeing employment

6.2 Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations when using our service, including laws related to commercial driving, CDL requirements, and employment.

8.1 "As-Is" Service

GetTruckJob.com is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
• That checkout or paid access will be available in your area at any specific time
• That a specific number of carriers will be matched or will contact you
• That you will receive a job offer, interview, or employment
• That matched carriers will meet your pay, home time, route, or equipment preferences

8.2 Matching Accuracy

Our matching system uses the information you provide, carrier availability data, geographic indexes, and automated analysis — including artificial intelligence — to identify carriers that may be hiring in your area. Matching results may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

Carriers may change hiring needs, contact preferences, or availability at any time. You should independently verify any opportunity before making employment decisions.

8.3 Automated and AI-Assisted Processing

You acknowledge that analysis of your profile, identification of carrier matches, ranking or filtering of results, and delivery of your application are performed using automated systems, including artificial intelligence and related technologies. These processes operate automatically and may occur without human review.

AI-assisted and automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or fail to reflect current carrier hiring conditions. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it and for evaluating carrier opportunities independently.

8.4 No Employment, Legal, or Financial Advice

Our service provides application distribution and matching only. It does not constitute employment advice, legal advice, financial advice, or tax advice.

We do not advise you on whether to accept any carrier offer, lease agreement, or contract. Consult qualified professionals for decisions that require specialized guidance.

10.1 By You

You may stop using our service at any time. If you have not completed a purchase, no further action is required to discontinue use.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a pending purchase or delivery, or deny future access for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited activities outlined in Section 6, submission of fraudulent profile information, or abusive behavior toward carriers or our staff.
